A prob on Myspace? Help? (read before replying)...?

My former sis in law is a terrible mother that lets her kids hang around child molestors, she neglects her own baby infant to take care of children that isn't hers.......long story short she goes from one man to the next saying she's pregnant and destroying their life in the process(her tubes are tied). Anyway She exploits her children on myspace giving their full name on Myspace and she has profane images of herself flipping someone off.

The infant is my brother's baby and she lives with my mom now(I have to take care of her on weekends noone else will.) When she is with her mom she gets neglected and stuff, and hangs around child molestors.

Her mother is a sociopath liar. She lies all the time.

Suggestions? It's a long story

Is there a way to report her abuse on Myspace(for exploiting children on there or having profane pics) or not?

Yes. Thank MySpace for thinking of it a long time ago (I have reported before about underage girls contacting friends of mine that are 21 or so faking their age and with suggestive pictures). You have to go to: http://www.myspace.com/Modules/Help/Page...

This portion is just for underage users...if she is misrepresenting their age they will delete the accounts. If you need to report it in another matter just go to:

http://collect.myspace.com/index.cfm?fus...

I hope this helps you out and all the best.

Call CPS maybe you can keep the children away from their so called "mother". before you get in contact with myspace. download all evidence ,that way you can show CPS and family court evidence that she is unfit even just for visitation. sounds like this child has a good family who cares alot about her safety.

Yes... you have to have an account. You can then report inappropriate pictures.

i would worry more about having the kids removed from her custody than i would my space. that just strengthens the case if the site is left open. dont know what to tell you but get the laws involoved.

Sounds like you need to report her to CPS as well as MySpace. The abuse won't stop with MySpace, she'll just move on to some other media, or way to exploit them.
