at the bottom by where it talks about music and mood there will be a thing that says privacy. it has 4 different choices to choose from and click on the public one.but it wont let u do it since ur profile is set to private.

You probably can't since you are under 18. They have implemented measures so that young people have safer accounts.

I would guess promoting it would be the only answer to get more traffic,U can use SEO to get it listed on search engines, u can use google adsense and similar programs,
