Myspace account hacked?

My daughter's myspace account got hacked. Her email address was deleted from myspace and her password was changed. She can not log on to myspace because all her log in information has been changed. Th person who did it was a friend of a friend of a friend who gets a kick out of figuring out passwords. We do not personally know this person. What can we do to get her account back? And is there anything we can do to get this person in trouble? thanks

Contact Myspace, and tell them what happened so the profile can be deleted. She will have to create another profile.

Hi im sorry about the password, but im afraid there is nothing you can do to get the password back without hacking it back yourself and i will not tell you how to do this because its illigial ...on here anyways, furthermore you could email a myspace administrator and plead them for your password back , if this does not work navigate to your daughters page and copy the source code (right click %26gt; view source) that way you can just rebuild her page back to the way it was but im afraid she will have to get all of her firneds to send her new friend requests.
