yes you can put youtube videos on myspace... when youre watching a video, on the right side there are 3 things in bold, so you use the url one and paste it anywhere you want onto your myspace and for backgrounds or layouts there are many sites you can go on try yahoo search and type in myspace layouts

just type in myspace codes in any search engine and browse around. they will provide the codes and you just copy and paste in the section of myspace you want it.
