I have seen people link their ebay merchandise on their myspace pages.
However, I'm a beginner and have only recently started selling my stuff at a consignment shop. I have not started on ebay yet.
I have no idea what exactly my target population will become.
Is it a good idea to show my stuff on myspace? Would that be a good place to start advertising? And respond to suggestions and inquiries?

Myspace is good for anything...set up a new myspace page exclusively for your products and send out friend requests to a million people. Not eveyone will be your friend, but everyone you send a request to will see your picture and name...so pick a great picture and clever name and before you know it..thousands of people will see your page.
